I love coaching! Helping individuals to be all that they can be in every area of their life has been a life long passion of mine. To encourage and inspire mothers of teens to move on to more of life is the theme of my life coaching work. I have especially enjoyed parenting my own teenagers and having their friends fill our home.

I have always been the mentor, personal cheerleader, hope-giver, and chaplain. In coaching, I found a fit that described what I had always been known for. I completed my certification from Coach Training Alliance in 2003. In addition to coaching, I am a speaker and writer on personal renewal and family life issues.

In my current season of life, I am completing the launching of our children through college and beyond and looking forward to the next season of life with Tom, my husband of many years.  I have loved each phase of being a mom and enjoy keeping a record of our family history through journals and scrapbooks.
